Anxiety is a growth opportunity, make it your friend". I love this quote that Shan mentioned in our 2nd session and have taken it to heart.

I was going through major anxiety over a lateral move within the company because I knew nothing about the new work and had to learn a lot in a very short time. My sessions with Shan helped me get over the anxiety and focus on my strengths. Shan has a great personality and is a wonderful coach!
